These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and perawin ("we," "us," or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, features, and content available at perawin. By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any part of the platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them without reservation. These Terms apply alongside any other policies published on the platform, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on perawin at any given time. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password, and for all activities that occur under your account. perawin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from unauthorized access resulting from your own negligence. You must notify us immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party or if your credentials have been compromised, so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure your account. We may, at our discretion, implement additional verification requirements — such as two-step authentication or identity document submission — as part of our ongoing commitment to account security and anti-fraud measures.

All financial transactions on perawin — including deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals — are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their bank or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals, and perawin is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Deposits are typically credited to your account promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider, but processing times may vary depending on the method used and the volume of transactions being processed at the time. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, and we reserve the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect all parties from fraudulent activity. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method; current limits are displayed within your account dashboard and are subject to change at the platform's discretion. perawin does not accept cash deposits or payments made via physical methods, and all transactions must be conducted through the approved digital payment channels listed in your account portal. In the event of a system error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obligated to notify us immediately and must not wager or withdraw those funds; any amounts credited in error remain the property of perawin and will be recovered accordingly.

perawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that a user has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon suspension or closure, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with our standard procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period may be subject to an inactivity review, and we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to maintain your account before taking any action. If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting the support team; any remaining balance at the time of closure that has been verified as legitimately deposited and won will be returned to you via your registered payment method. We will not close accounts in a manner that results in the unjustified forfeiture of legitimately earned funds, but we reserve all rights with respect to balances that are connected to fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of terms. Account closure does not release you from any obligations or liabilities incurred prior to the date of closure, and records of your account activity may be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations under Philippine law.

The perawin platform may, from time to time, reference or display information relating to third-party services such as payment processors, game studios, or sports data providers that are integral to the functioning of the platform. While we work with reputable service providers, we do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third party, and your interactions with third-party services are governed by those parties' own terms and conditions. perawin is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of third-party services accessed in connection with the platform, including payment gateway failures, data handling by external providers, or service interruptions caused by third parties outside our control. You acknowledge that payment processing times and conditions are subject to the policies of the specific e-wallet or banking provider you use, and any dispute relating to a third-party service must be raised directly with that provider as well as notified to perawin support. We strongly recommend reviewing the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before engaging with it, particularly in relation to how your personal and financial data may be handled. perawin will not be held responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided by third-party data sources displayed on the platform, including live sports odds or statistics.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of perawin, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and to waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts. Nothing in this clause limits perawin's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or to prevent irreparable harm. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and perawin with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
